✨New Vendor Alert!✨
🌙We’re over the moon to welcome a new addition to our market family, Stardust Cellars (@stardustcellars)! Hailing from the picturesque hills of Wilkesboro, Stardust Cellars brings a unique selection of biodynamic and sustainably produced fine wines and meads to our market for the very first time.💫
“We’ve developed a unique low sugar mead product line called Ancestral Mead; a style of meadmaking we invented by combining pre-civilization meadmaking practices with modern technology to create wildcrafted artisanal probiotic meads fermented by the indigenous cultures in local raw honey. We hand stir in open top fermenters very fresh local raw honey and the spring water we draw up from the hills of Wilkes until our mead naturally spontaneously ferments.” - Nico
🍯The Ancestral Mead style comes in traditional, Lavender, Cherry Vanilla, and Melon flavors and has the same probiotics that you would find in kombucha, but with a hefty tolerance to alcohol (these go up to 14% abv!). A treat for both your taste buds and your gut!
🍷But that’s not all! Nico, Holly and their team plan to share their whole collection of semi-sweet meads, dry wines, and fruit wines crafted in a cider-like format. And for something the whole family can enjoy, try their newest creation: honey soda! Made with bubbly local honey, it’s perfect for kids or as a delightful mixer for your favorite bourbon cocktail.🐝
🤩Don’t miss out on the chance to discover these artisanal delights from Stardust Cellars. Join us at the market this Saturday and raise a glass to local craftsmanship and community spirit. See you there! 🥂
🤩Did you have a chance to check out this wall of whimsy while strolling through the market aisles on Saturday?😍
🦋Well, each of these special pieces are more than just a work of art, they are a part of artist Debbie Tallarico’s healing process which she offers as a contribution to our collective wellbeing!🌳
“In making this work I express my gratitude for wild creatures and trees and I donate a percentage of my sales to wildlife and forest preservation organizations. This process brings forward both personal and collective healing as it celebrates and supports the wider circle of life through joyful ritual and self expression.” - Debbie Tallarico
🦉Be sure to stop by the booth to learn more about this unique art making process and experience the joy this body of work brings for yourself! 💓
And we’re OPEN!!!🥳🎉😆
