🌻Farmers’ Market Fashion Spotlight🌻

🌻Caught in a moment of market bliss, Mari reveals her favorite find: sunflowers. Her love for these golden blooms echoes the market’s ethos of embracing natural beauty and supporting local growers.
👟But it’s not just Mari’s appreciation for sunflowers that captivates; it’s her entire ensemble. From her floral print skirt to her eco-friendly accessories, every detail speaks volumes about her commitment to both style and sustainability.💚
👏Join us in applauding Mari Milla for her embodiment of farmers’ market fashion. With her radiant presence and love for all things local, she reminds us that true beauty blooms from within our communities. 🌻
⁉️Did you know that the Watauga County Farmers’ Market has been farmer and maker owned and led for the past 50 years and counting?!
👩🌾👩🎨👩🍳We are an independent, 100% producer-only market, and we take pride in the fact that everything you’ll see for sale on our market tables is grown, raised, or handcrafted by the owners of these small businesses themselves. It is these folks that you have the opportunity to meet face-to-face at each booth, and we think that is something to celebrate and a tradition worth preserving! 👏
✅Our board of directors is made up of the very vendors that have a stake in every decision that is made, and they work tirelessly to create a carefully curated market experience where you’ll find only the highest quality, locally produced products that our region has to offer. Every craft item is juried in, and we conduct annual farm and studio inspections to verify location and methods of production. 💯
☝️The one and only Watauga County Farmers’ Market operates on Saturdays only April through November. While we support our neighboring markets and other local food promotion efforts, our organization is not affiliated with any other such entity. We would like to take this opportunity to highlight our unique origin story, the remarkable longevity of our producer-led operation, and the philosophy surrounding our 100% producer only requirement. 🤝
