Kids' Mini Market
Hey Kids! Bring your own original artwork and homemade crafts, veggies and flowers or plants that you helped grow and sell them yourself at the Kids’ Mini-Market located at the Kids’ Corner of the Watauga County Farmers Market. You can set up for free any time between 9:00 and noon on special Mini-Market days. It is fun and you can earn your own money. Sell at one market or come to all. No edible prepared food items please.

What are the dates for the 2017 Mini-Markets?
Mini-Markets dates will be posted on the Events Calendar. The first mini-market of the 2017 season will be May 13th.
Do we need to sign up? Is there a charge?
Kids do not have to sign up at all and there is no charge for them to participate. Parents of new child vendors will be asked to sign a simple agreement regarding participation in the Mini-Market including a photo release form if they so choose.
What do we need to bring?
Kids need to bring their own cash for making change and signs for their items. Tables and chairs are provided for the kids to share with other kids who are selling.
Can I leave my child while they are at the Mini-Market?
Parental supervision is required. WCFM and The Children's Playhouse cannot assume any liability for children participating in activities at the Kids’ Corner.
Is the Mini-Market cancelled if it rains?
No, the Mini-Market as well as the Farmers’ Market are open rain or shine! Parents will have to use their own judgment about the weather
